Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Switch plans at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated, so you only pay (or get credit for) the difference.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months upfront at a lower price, roughly two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly from Settings → Billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when I reach my message limit?
You can keep reading your history, and sending new messages resumes when your allowance resets on the 1st of the month. Upgrade any time for more messages right away.
I have a billing problem. Who do I contact?
Email our support team and we'll sort it out. Include the email address you signed up with so we can find your account quickly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available in Settings → Billing.
